There are three tools we use whenever we begin a new relationship with a customer.

Work Flow Analysis
~ Our first step is to hear what a company is searching for and then we articulate this information into a document that is reviewed by both parties. Once this document has been agreed upon we move onto step #2
2.Dependency Tracking
~ Once we understand the requirements we then proceed to create a dependency documents that outline key completion points as well as who is responsible for each step. This helps keep both companies on the same track and enables MSRtech to hold schedules product reviews.
3.C&D Agreement
~ MSRtech has utilizes the C&D Agreement (Customization & Development Agreement) since 1995. It has proven essential to creating projects that are on track and on budget. Change orders are created when additional requests are made that must be approved prior to making the changes. The C&D Agreement also ensure that no client pays for work MSRtech does not do!
